Casa Gio' Mari is located in Torregrande, seaside resort in the province of Oristano, one of the Sardinian main towns, located on the western coast of the island. This seaside town boasts safe waters resembling those of a lake and encircled by its large gulf. This golden beach was formed from the alluvial deposits of the river Tirso. The stretch of sand is overlooked by the Spanish tower of the 1500’s which gives its name to the village and is the largest of the 80 towers positioned by the Spaniards along the whole length of the coast. There are numerous excursions and guided visits, ranging from the protected marshlands to the archaeological city of Tharros, famous throughout the world, and the snow-white quartz beaches of Sinis, or in the inland with the fascinating zone of the nuraghe and the sacred wells. Casa Gio' Mari is a ground-floor apartment composed of a spacious living room with sofa bed, kitchenette (four-burner cooker, electric oven), yard, double bedroom, twin bedroom, washing machine, TV.

Casa Gio' Mari is located in Località Torregrande, in the province of Oristano, about 100 km from Cagliari.

From Cagliari airport: take the SS131 towards Oristano. Once in Oristano, follow the directions to Torregrande.

From Alghero airport: take the SS291 towards Sassari until the exit to the SS131 towards Oristano. Once in Oristano, follow the directions to Torregrande.

Payment Policy

30% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 60 days before check-in. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- until 46 days before the arrival date: no penalty;

- from 45 to 30 days before the arrival date: 25% penalty;

- from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;

- from 14 to 0 days before the arrival date: 80% penalty;

- no-show and early departure: 100% penalty.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Deposit: Euro 150,00, to pay on arrival by cash or cheque;

- Weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas consumptions: Euro 13,00 per person;

- Final cleaning: Euro 95,00.

 

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Bed linen and bath towels, not included in house rental: Euro 19,00 per person per week;

- Baby cot: Euro 35,00 per week;

- Small pets, on request: Euro 35,00 for extra cleaning.

Policy Check-in/Check-out

This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures every day until June and from September. Arrivals and departures on Saturday in July and August. Less than one week stays on request.

Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time is by 10.00 o'clock.
