The city of Olbia is the entry point to the Costa Smeralda. Located on the Gulf of Olbia the city is a crossroads for international air and sea traffic and has very ancient origins dating back, as it does, to the time when it was founded by the Carthaginians in the 4th century B.C. and was known as “Terranova”.

The recently renovated Colonna Palace Hotel Mediterraneo is right in the centre of the city, not far from the railway station, the port and the airport.
The hotel has 106 rooms on 7 floors divided into singles, doubles, triples and rooms for 4 people.
The Colonna Palace Hotel Mediterraneo has a charming restaurant serving typical Sardinian cuisine and many Italian specialities. The entrance to the restaurant is both directly through the hall and from outside and it is ideal for small banquets and business lunches.
The small bar behind the hall has a TV room and is a comfortable and quiet corner in which to enjoy a quick breakfast or a cocktail before going out for the evening.

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
