Agriturismo Desole is a farmhouse situated in Northern Sardinia (Gallura) in a lovely countryside with oak and cork trees and meadows around the farm house. You have a marvellous view from the elevated Guest House over the surrounding Macchia meadows.
Notwithstanding being in a peace and restful position, Olbia, the vivid centre of North eastern Sardinia, is just 14 kilometres away. The Guest House is a new building in neo-Sardinian style in un plastered granite blocks and is off the farmsteads.

From Olbia: follow National Road SS199 for 13,5 km Monti Direction . Pass by the exit "Su Canale". After 2 km get the small exit to the right and go on a country road up to the Agriturismo.

Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.Balance payment should be done by cash only.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 3 nights with arrivals and departures every day, and minimum stays of 7 nights from August 7th to August 21st. Stays of less than 3 nights on request with supplemento of Euro 5,00 per room per night.
Child Policy
Children reductions sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 2 years: free of charge;
- Children from 3 to 12 years: Euro 15,00 per day from 01/01 to 31/05 and form 01/10 to 30/12, Euro 17,00 per day from 01/06 to 23/07 and from 11/09 to 30/09, Euro 20,00 per day from 24/07 to 06/08 and from 24/08 to 10/09, Euro 22,00 per day from 07/08 to 23/08.
