The property offers to the guests reception and private unattended parking, while on request and upon payment are available a babysitting service and a daily maid service (kitchenette cleaning excluded). Nearby there are supermarket, bar, tobacco shop, post office, restaurant, medical service, laundry, boutique, gym, wellness center, craft shops, etc.
The apartments, located on the ground, first or second floor, are spacious and elegantly furnished and feature equipped veranda or balcony and sea view.

Residence La Costa 1 is located near the centre of Cannigione, 25 km from Olbia, 10 km from Palau, 8 km from Baja Sardinia, 13 km from Porto Cervo, and about 31 km from Olbia porto and airport.
From Olbia port and airport: drive onto the SS125 and then SP13 following the directions to Cannigione and then to Località La Conia.
Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

This property requires:
- minimum stays of 7 nights;
- reservations within 3 days before the check-in date.
Arrivals after 20.00 o'clock must be agreed in advance with the property, or there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00.

Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO BE SETTLED ON PROPERTY
- Service forfeit: Euro 35,00 per person per week, Euro 20,00 per child from 3 to 11 years old, free of charge per babies up to 2 years old (completed) for electricity, water and gas consumptions;
- Final cleaning: Studio Flat Euro 40,00, Two-rooms apartment Euro 60,00 (cleaning of kitchenette is upon guests' care, or there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00);
- Deposit: Euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, for any damage or misuse of the property. In case of departure during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests’ home address.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to require at booking time)
- Daily maid service: Studio Flat Euro 15,00, Two-rooms apartment Euro 20,00;
- Linen (rentable on property): bed linen and bath towels Euro 15,00 per person per change, per week;
- Baby cot/Extra bed: Euro 30,00 per week from 01/04 to 08/07 and from 27/08 to 01/10, Euro 50,00 per week from 09/07 to 26/08;
- Pets: small pets admitted, except at beach and common areas, Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning;
- Transfer from/to port/airport (for 2 people): Euro 30,00 each way per person; 20% surcharge from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM; surcharge of Euro 10,00 from/to Golfo Aranci port.
