Residenze Le Vele & Le Maree are apartments (from 1 to 5 rooms) located near the historic centre of La Maddalena, the port and the scenic road that leads to the beautiful archipelago of La Maddalena. The nearest beach is far only 2 minutes, less than 5 minutes by car you can reach Caprera and its beautiful beaches, as well as Garibaldi's house or the stables. You will find supermarkets, tobacconist, chemist's shop, restaurants, bars, tennis and five-a-side football courts, scooter rentals and tours very close to the apartments (200 meters).
The apartments of Residenze Le Vele were completed in 2010 with materials and fine finishes and ethnic-modern interiors. They are equipped with air conditioning in every room, with balcony or terrace area for dining. A beautiful communal garden surrounds the apartments and parking is available just below the apartment. The residence has two-room apartments (2 +2), three-room apartments (4+2) and four-room apartments (6+2).
The apartments of Residenze Le Maree are in Sardinian style, with colours which recall the vegetation and local rustic materials. Most apartments have sea views of Caprera and Giardinelli (Testa del Polpo).
The apartments on the ground floor have a patio with private garden. You can also require apartments on the upper floors with terrace, where you can dine outside overlooking the sea. Parking spaces are available in the garage. Residenze le Maree has studio flats and two-room apartments (2+2)

La Maddalena island is easily reachable by boat from Palau port. Several companies offer commutation possibilities from the island to the mainland, through ferries conveying passengers and motor vehicles in about 10 minutes, equipped with bar and panoramic deck.

Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Service forfeit (electricity, water and gas consumptions, air conditioning, TV, parking): Euro 40,00 for Studio Flat, Euro 50,00 for Two-rooms apartment, Euro 60,00 for Three-rooms apartment per week;
- Final cleaning: Euro 40,00 for Studio Flat, Euro 50,00 for Two-rooms apartment, Euro 60,00 for Three-rooms apartment;
- Deposit: Euro 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at booking time)
- Bed linen: Euro 10,00 per person, per week;
- Bath towels: Euro 10,00 per person, per week;
- Panoramic terrace in Two-rooms apartment 2+2 Le Maree: Euro 100,00 per apartment, per week;
- Patio/Garden: Euro 50,00 per week for Studio Flat 2; Euro 100,00 per week for Two-rooms apartment 2+2 Le Maree.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 3 nights from 01/03 to 14/06 and from 28/09 to 30/11, of 5 nights from 15/06 to 03/08 and form 01/09 to 27/09, of 7 nights from 04/08 to 31/08.
Check-in from 15.00 to 21.00 - after 21.00 supplement of Euro 20,00.
Check-out from 08.00 to 10.00 - after 10.00 a supplement will be applied.
Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. For cancellations made after thie date, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
