Blu sardinia case vacanza La Caletta are a group of apartments, terraced houses and detached houses located in different areas, but however close to each other, in La Caletta, a hamlet of Siniscola, about 50 km south from Olbia.
All properties are equipped with veranda, if situated on the ground floor, or terrace, if they are set on the first or second floor, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Some of them are new-built, while other ones are older, and are located from 400 to 600 meters from the sea. At guests disposal there is also a reception office with Internet point (opening hours: 9.00-13.00 and 16.00-20.00).
La Caletta is a resort provided with all the services and amenities: supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and pubs, newsagents, tobacconists, car, bike and boat rental.
In the surrounding area there are many holiday farms, in which to taste the regional specialties, and a tourist-fishing company that serves good fresh fish caught directly in the surrounding seas.
The village has a third category marina, with boats, speed boats and rubber dinghies, from which the daily mini-cruises to visit the beautiful beaches and the most beautiful caves of the coast (Gulf of Orosei, Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, etc.) leave.
The beach, long about 5 km, is an stretch of fine white sand and is characterized by shallow seabed which makes the water crystal clear.
It is also possible to do several water sports and take courses in sailing, surfing, diving, kite surfing, climbing, hiking and horseback riding.

From Olbia: take the SS 127 and follow the directions to Cagliari/Nuoro. Keep driving for about 40 km on the SS 131 DCN and turn right at the junction to Posada. Follow the SS 125 and, after about 3 km, turn at the junction to Siniscola. Follow directions to the Località "La Caletta".

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturday. Arrivals and departures on other days allowed on request.
The office will be open from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00 o'clock. On Saturday the opening time will be extended until 23.00 o'clock.
Arrivals after 23.00 o'clock must be notified to the property by telephone.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Forfeit: Euro 18,00 per person per week for electricity, water and gas consumptions; free of charge from 02/05 to 02/06 and from 10/09 to 30/09;
- Final cleaning: Euro 55,00 for Two-rooms apartments; Euro 65,00 for Three-rooms apartment 4; Euro 70,00 for Three-rooms apartment 4/6).
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Bed linen and towels: Euro 20,00 per person (there is no change service);
- Extra change of bed linen and towels: Euro 20,00 per person;
- Extra bed: Euro 70,00 per week;
- Baby cot: Euro 35,00 per week;
- Air conditioning (where available): Euro 50,00 per week;
- Bicycle: Euro 8,00 per day, Euro 40,00 per week;
