Casa Sibiola is located in Santa Caterina di Pittinuri, close to Cuglieri, on the west coast of Sardinia. Within a short distance you may see S'Archittu, named after a limestone arch carved by the waves. With its seven meters in height and ten in depth, this tunnel it is the biggest rocky arch in Sardinia and it has been declared a natural monument by UNESCO. Many sandy beachs are reachable from Casa Sibiola within minutes driving. Casa Sibiola is a detached house with a wonderful seaview and within only 70 metres from the nearest beach. It is composed of a spacious sea view living room with fireplace, kitchen, two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, shower bathroom, sea view veranda, garden, private parking.

Casa Sibiola is located on the western coast of Sardinia, near the natural monument of S'Archittu.
From Alghero: take the coastal road and drive towards Bosa-Oristano.
From Cagliari: take the SS 131 and drive for about 100 km towards of Oristano, turn onto the SP292 towards Santa Caterina di Pittinuri.

Payment Policy
30% of the total amount will be required at the time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 60 days before check-in. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- until 46 days before the arrival date: no penalty;
- from 45 to 30 days before the arrival date: 25% penalty;
- from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;
- from 14 to 0 days before the arrival date: 80% penalty;
- no-show and early departure: 100% penalty.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Deposit: Euro 150,00, to pay on arrival by cash or cheque;
- Weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas consumptions: Euro 13,00 per person;
- Final cleaning: Euro 95,00.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Bed linen and bath towels, not included in house rental: Euro 19,00 per person per week;
- Baby cot: Euro 30,00 per week;
- Small pets, on request: Euro 35,00 for extra cleaning.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures every day until June and from September. Arrivals and departures on Saturday in July and August. Less than one week stays on request.
Check-in time is between 15.00 and 20.00 o'clock on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 20.30 or on Sundays (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) there will be an extra charge of Euro 50,00. Check-out time is by 10.00 o'clock.
