B&B Villa Serena is located not far from the village; it is a new cosy building with three double en suite rooms, where two of them have a veranda overlooking a beautiful landscape.
Spaces available to guests: TV room and a large library; using kitchen is also possible, and small pets are welcome. Playground for children, pine trees with hammocks and relaxing area with armchairs and deck chairs. Private parking for cars and motorcycles.
The B&B Villa Serena also offers a triple room, bookable on request only.

The B&B Villa Serena is located in Collinas, abour 60 km far from Cagliari. From Cagliari, take the SS.131 direction Oristano, until the exit for Sardara turn to the town centre and follow the road sign to Collinas. Arrived to the town thake the road for Villanovaforru. After about 1 km you will find the B&B.

Payment Policy
10% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
