B&B Casa Rossofiore is surrounded by a beautiful natural scenery of a hill that overlooks the valley of Mount Porceddus, at the foot of the park of the seven brothers and 8 km away from the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia South East: those from Costa Rei and Castiadas, in the province of Cagliari. The bright colors of the Mediterranean vegetation, the beauty of the landscape surrounding the property of 5 hectares, making it an ideal place to spend nice days of relax in contact with nature.
B&B Casa Rossofiore was fully restored following the philosophy of the owners related to environmental sustainability, respect and safeguard of the territory and energy saving. In fact are installed solar panels, biomass photovoltaic plant for heating and natural materials have been chosen following the green building for thermal insulation. In addition, in the coldest periods the whole house is always heated by a wood burning fireplace and a heating system with radiators.
On the ground floor there is a large and cosy kitchen where are prepared hearty breakfasts, served during the summer in the large veranda overlooking the garden where there is also a small kitchenette at guests disposal.

Opening season: 01 April - 27 November.
The new road SS125 allows to reach the B&B Rossofiore in just 45 minutes from Cagliari.
From Cagliari: follow the signs to Villasimius until the entrance of the new SS125 and leave at the exit of Castiadas/Olia Speciosa on the right, follow the signs to San Priamo for 6 km until Tuerra 1, turn left and continue for 2 km.
Payment Policy
12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Child Policy
Supplements for children sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 3 years: free of charge;
- Children from 4 years and adults: Euro 20,00 per day.
Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 3 nights from 01/02 to 30/06 and from 13/09 to 12/11, and minimum stays of 7 nights from 01/07 to 15/09.
