Its apartments are located very close to the enchanting natural oasis of Santa Gilla, between the Natural Park of Monte Arcosu, a 3600 acres oasis protected by WWF, and Maddalena Spiaggia, the beach of Lido di Capoterra.

Home Mini Resort is located in Capoterra, halfway between Cagliari and the most beautiful beaches of South Sardinia.
From North Sardinia (Alghero Airport, Porto Torres, Olbia port/airport): take the state road 131 towards Cagliari. Just before entering the town, continue on the state road 195 Pula/Domus de Maria. At km 10.800, after the roundabout, turn right at the crossroads La Residenza del Sole/Centro Commerciale "I Gabbiani". Drive past the mall entrance and take the first side street left. Continue for 150 meters and you'll arrive there.
From the Cagliari-Elmas airport: take state road 130 towards Cagliari and, at the crossroads, turn to the state road 195. From here on, follow the directions above.

Payment Policy
40% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

- Deposit of Euro 150,00 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay after checking the apartment.
