Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 4 years: free of charge. Baby cot: Euro 10,00 per day;
- Children from 5 to 10 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy
COMPUSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Tourist tax: Euro 1.00 per person per day from 01/04 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 31/10, Euro 2.00 per person per day from 01/07 to 31/08. Exempt from payment: citizens resident in the Municipality of Budoni, children up to 12 years old, people assisting patients hospitalized in the area and people who have to carry out medical treatments at health facilities located in the Municipality of Budoni, people staying in accommodation facilities as a result of measures undertaken by public authorities, consequently to emergencies such as natural disasters, calamities or humanitarian causes, bus drivers and tour leaders who provide assistance to organized tourist groups (the exemption applies to each bus driver and one tour leader every 25 participants).
