The Hotel Pulicinu is situated in Baja Sardinia, among the granite stones and the Mediterranean vegetation; it is a peaceful oasis near the glamorous town of Porto Cervo and close to all the beaches of Costa Smeralda. It is located on a little promontory dominating the Gulf of Baja Sardinia and offers a wonderful view on the island of La Maddalena and Corsica.
The Hotel Pulicinu offers 33 spacious rooms, a wonderful Executive Room and 6 exclusive Suites, some are located directly in front of the swimming pool and some have sea view. The Restaurant, spacious and with beautiful sea view, for more than 200 people, offers an international cuisine, in addition to the typical Sardinian and "galluresi" specialities.

Hotel Pulicinu is located in Località Pulicinu, at just 2 km from the tourist resort of Baia Sardinia and 6 km from Porto Cervo.
From Olbia: Take the SS125 towards Arzachena, then follow the signs to Baia Sardinia (SP59).

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
For stays from 10/05 to 27/06 and from 18/08 to 11/10 in case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Cancellation until 8 days before the arrival date: no penalty;
- Cancellation from 7 to 0 days before the arrival date, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty.
For stays from 28/06 to 17/08 in case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Cancellation until 14 days before the arrival date: no penalty;
- Cancellation from 13 to 8 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;
- Cancellation from 7 to 0 days before the arrival date, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires:
- minimum stays of 3 nights from 13/05 to 23/06 and from 16/09 to 01/10, and 7 nights from 24/06 to 15/09.
- reservations within 7 days before the check-in from 13/05 to 23/06 and from 16/09 to 01/10; 14 days before the check-in from 24/06 to 15/09.
Child Policy
Children reductions sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 5 years: free of charge; baby cot (for children from 0 to 2 years) on request and according to availability;
- Children from 6 to 11 years: 50% reduction on adult rate.
