Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:
- Children from 0 and within 2 years: free of charge if sharing the parents' bed or in baby cot (on request). Meals to pay upon consumption;
- Children from 2 and within 12 years: 50% reduction on adult rate.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

- Transfer from/to the airport of Olbia: car (max 3 people) Euro 90,00 each way; minivan (from 4 to 7 people) Euro 110,00 each way;
- Bicycle rental (on request): Euro 10,00 per bicycle, per day. The rate includes protective helmet.
