The Colonna Residence Porto Cervo Centro is located within Le Rocce del Porto Residence right downtown Porto Cervo and within a short walk from its famous Piazzetta delle Chiacchiere and la Passeggiata promenade with the most famous designer shops like Cartier, Bulgari, Gucci just to name a few, and next to bars, restaurants and entertainments.
Guests may enjoy two beautiful swimming pools with jacuzzi and children area overlooking the lively atmosphere of Porto Cervo. The nearest beach, Porto Paglia, is at approx 1 Km from the Residence while Cala Granu and Pevero beaches at no more that 2 Km. The Colonna Residence requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out on Saturdays only.

From Olbia airport and seaport follow directions to Costa Smeralda, Porto Cervo, Palau, SS 125. About 4 km after you have exited the city of Olbia you will find a roundabout. Take a turn to the right following directions to Porto Cervo - Portisco and keep driving along the road (SP 73). Exit in Porto Cervo Centro and follow directions to the Colonna Residence.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Service Fee: Euro 70,00 per person per week for water, electricity and gas consumptions, weekly change of bed and bath linen, weekly cleaning excluding kitchenette, use of swimming pool (not equipped), check-out cleaning excluding kitchenette, that has to be left clean by the guests in order to not incur in an extra charge of Euro 150,00;
- Deposit of Euro 300,00 per apartment, to settle on arrival and refundable at the end of the stay.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at booking time)
- Baby cot: Euro 40,00 per week;
- Extra bed: weekly supplement of Euro 75,00 from 28/05 to 04/06 and from 03/09 to 24/09, Euro 85,00 from 04/06 to 02/07 and from 27/08 to 03/09, Euro 100,00 from 02/07 to 06/08 and from 20/08 to 27/08, Euro 110,00 from 06/08 to 20/08;
- Maid service: Euro 15,00 per hour.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturday.
The delivery of the apartments generally takes place not earlier than 17.00 o'clock. on arrival day. The restitution must take place not later than 10.00 a.m. on departure day.
