The totally renewed Hotel CalaCuncheddi rises in a 5 hectare area just a few steps from Li Cuncheddi beach, in the Capo Ceraso ness.
In perfect harmony with the sorrounding scenery, it consists of 79 rooms located in a three-floors building which traces the natural ground morphology, making it the ideal place for a holiday fully immersed in nature, sea and relaxation.
The rooms, divided into Standard, Superior, Junior Suites and Suites, are all equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, minibar, safe, balcony, private bathroom in Orosei marble with shower (some with bathtub), hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.
The hotel features two restaurants: "Asarena", with panoramic view over the pool and the sea, open for breakfast and brunch, and "Asumari", a few steps from the sea, open for dinner.
It also features an American bar, poolside snack bar, piano bar and live music (every two days), boutique, laundry service (for a fee), free unguarded parking (partly covered, in Mediterranean style), medical service (for a fee), gym with panoramic view, wellness center with sauna, turkish bath, emotional showers, swimming pool with Jacuzzi and, on request, massage, beauty treatments and hairdressing.
On payment there is the possibility to rent cars and scooters with a car rental with agreement, to make excursions by sea and/or in the inland with local organizers and according to their schedule, to take advantage of the babysitting service and require transfer from and to the airport (on request) and taxis. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi Internet connection (daily traffic limit).
The hotel offers its guests free sun umbrellas and sunbeds around the pool and on the private beach of the hotel (places in the front row not bookable) and beach/pool towel. On the beach, located about 30 metres away, are available, for a fee, pedal boats, canoes, sailboats, dinghies with 40Hp motor, with or without skipper. It will be also possible to take lessons in sailing, surfing and swimming.
The concierge staff will give you all the necessary assistance during your stay and will be able to advise and help you at any time.

Hotel CalaCuncheddi rises just a few steps from Li Cuncheddi beach, in the Capo Ceraso ness, about 12 km from Olbia airport.
From Olbia port or airport: take the SS125 an follow the directions to Li Cuncheddi.
Payment Policy
15% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Reductions for children sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 and within 3 years: Euro 40,00 per day from 04/04 to 26/06 and from 12/09 to 11/10, Euro 50,00 per day from 27/06 to 11/09 (meals included);
- Children from 3 and within 12 years: 30% reduction on adult rate.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
