Villa La Rocca is located in Lu Bagnu, district of Castelsardo, in a quiet and private location, a short walk from the beaches and all amenities, such as supermarkets, newsagents, bars, tobacco, etc.
The property is located in a strategic position separate from the town center, with the advantage to enjoy the serenity of the place and also having access through a private road for residents and guests of the residence. The car parks are located directly in front of the building (some private).
For travels to the nearby locations using the car is recommended. It is located, in fact, 1,3 km from the center of Lu Bagnu, from the first beach of sand and rocks and from the first sandy beach, 5 km from the center of Castelsardo and 3,5 km from the marina.
Villa La Rocca enjoys a unique and breathtaking view, dominant over the gulf and the surrounding hills. It is surrounded by wide green areas and consists of 3 apartments, all equipped with sea view veranda. The apartments are furnished with taste and attention to detail and allow to spend a holiday in complete relaxation and comfort.

Castelsardo and Lu Bagnu are located 25 km from the nearest port of Porto Torres, 60 km from Alghero airport, 100 km from Olbia airport and 250 km from Cagliari.

From Alghero: drive on the SS 127BIS until Sassari, then continue along the SS200 until Castelsardo.

From Porto Torres: leave the town and take the SP81 towards Castelsardo. After crossing the Eden Beach, take the SS200 and follow the directions to Castelsardo.

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Policy Check-in/Check-out

This property requires minimum stays of 5 nights with arrivals and departures every day in August, and minimum stays of 2 nights with arrivals and departures every day in the remaining periods.

Property Policy

COMPUSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Final cleaning: Euro 40,00 per apartment;

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.

 

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Bed linen and Towels: Euro 15,00 per person per week;

- Pets: Euro 50,00 per week.
