The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Reduction for children sharing the room with two adults:

- Children 0-3 years sharing bed with parents free of charge;

- supplementary baby cot (on request) Euro 5.00 from 30/06 to 31/08, free of charge in the other periods.

- children 4-12 years 60% reduction on adult's rate;

-  Child 4-12 years sharing room with an adult 50% discount on adult's rate from 24/03 to 20/07 and from 25/08 to 27/10, 30% discount in the other periods.

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO  SETTLE ON PROPERTY:

- Compulsory Club Card: from 20/05 to 30/09 adults Euros 35.00 per person per week, children 6 - less than 12 years Euros 15.00 per person per week. The card comprises: beach service (an umbrella, a bed, a sun-chair per room); shuttle service to the beach, sauna or turkish bath, sea/pool - towel, WIFI service, piano bar, night shuttle service to Baia Sardinia with the addition of a contribution to Poltu Quatu and Porto Cervo, specialized trainer, mini-club assistant, information desk for bookings, excursions, rentals; 15/08 special party.

FACULTATIVE ADDITIONAL COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY:

- Sea view supplement (on request) Euro 10.00 per day per person from 09/06 to 07/09, free in the remaining periods (limited availability);

- baby-cot 0/2 years  Euros 5,00 per day with meal included. Period from 24/03 to 29/06 and from 02/09 to 27/10 free of charge;

- pets: only small-sized admitted. Euros 30,00 for Extra Cleaning;

- transfers (single way rates): from Olbia Apt/Harbour to Hotel Euros 26,00 per pax (minimum 2 persons). From 10.00 p.m. to 6 am 20% overcharge, from Golfo Aranci Euros 06.00 overcharge per person.The prices are to be intended per route.
