Agriturismo L'Aquila is located in Arbus, in a panoramic point a few kilometers from Monte Arcuentu and from the bay of Portu Maga and the dunes of Piscinas. L'Aquila is the ideal destination for those wanting a relaxing holiday deeped in unspoilt nature in the area of Costa Verde, with its wonderful beaches, its sea teeming with fish, the friendlindess of the owners and genuine food.

From the farmhouse start several roads and trails for walking, biking or even off-road, where you can admire the beautiful and striking unspoilt landscapes, made of Mediterranean maquis and juniper, and meet different and typical species of fauna, among them the majestic Sardinian deer.
The farmhouse offers a cuisine based on its own production: goat cheese, ricotta, various kinds of pasta, typical Sardinian sweets, goat and pig raising, vegetables.

The property has one double room for disabled guests located on the ground floor with shared equipped bathroom, two double rooms, one double room with possibility of adding an extra single bed, two quadruple rooms (one with double bed and bunk bed, the other one with double bed and two single beds, with the possibility of adding a cot if necessary). The rooms are simple but spacious and some of them offer a breathtaking view.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, that can be used only in the evening, wardrobe, hairdryer and towels.

From Cagliari: take the SS 130 towards Iglesias until Decimomannu. From here take the SS 196 to Villasor/Villacidro until Gonnosfanadiga, then the SS 126 to Arbus. From Arbus follow the directions to Fluminimaggiore on the SS 126 and continue on the SP 66 and then on the SP 65 following the directions to Località Is Gennas.

Payment Policy

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Child Policy

Children reductions:

- Children from 0 and within 3 years: free of charge;

- Children from 3 and within 8 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate;

- Children from 8 and within 12 years: 30% reduction on adult's rate.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- Cancellations until 22 days before the arrival date: no penalty;

- Cancellations from 21 to 15 days before the arrival date: 30% penalty;

- Cancellations from 14 to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;

- Cancellations from 6 to 0 days before the arrival date, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty.

Policy Check-in/Check-out

This property requires minimum stays of 2 nights in July and of 4 nights in August.

Guests are requested to give advance notice about their time of arrival.
