Albergo Residenziale Gli Ontani, newly built, is located in close proximity to Cala Liberotto, one of the most beautiful locations of Orosei, in a stretch of coast characterized by a continuous succession of white sand coves and pink granite cliffs.
The property consists in 152 apartments distributed in 8 buidings. The apartments are located on the ground floor, with garden, or on the first floor, with a wide veranda furnished with table and chairs. They are spacious, equipped with TV, telephone, air conditioning, made with excellent construction criteria and perfectly furnished. They can be of different types, studio-flat, two-rooms apartment and three-rooms apartment, and they consist of: living room-kitchen, shower bathroom, double bedroom and twin room with two single beds or one bunk bed.
The village has two swimming pools, both for children, bar, restaurant, lighted tennis court-football field (with surcharge day and evening), table tennis, table football, games room, laundry, multi-purpose room with a giant flat-screen, free WI-FI in the services area, crafts shop, underground garage (upon payment), unattended public parking, children's play area, amphitheater for entertainment. The common gardens are equipped with barbecue and common outdoor showers. In the village of Sos Alinos it is possible to find the necessary services, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagent, church, clinic, tourist medical service.
The sea, 1,200 meters away, is characterized by clear waters, enclosed by small coves, that limit currents, and shallow seabeds, ensuring a quiet bathing especially for children.

From Olbia porto or airport (about 85 Km): take the SS131 D.C.N. towards Nuoro, turn to Siniscola and follow the SS125 until Orosei.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Sunday and Wednesday from 15/06 to 07/09, and minimum stays of 3 night with arrivals and departures every day in the remaining periods.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Service Forfeit: Euro 7,00 per person per day, from 3 years old, for electricity, water and gas consumptions, bed linen with weekly change, access to the swimming pools, use of TV in the apartment, final cleaning. Cleaning of kitchenette, dishes and kitchen kits is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 25,00 will be applied;
- Club Card (from 01/06 to 14/09): Euro 28,00 per person per week, from 4 years old. It includes collective lessons of swimming and tennis, evening entertainment, games, tournaments, music, welcome cocktail, a bottle of water and one of local wine in room; Miniclub (for children from 4 to 12 years old) with projections and play area equipped with slide, swings, etc;
- Deposit: Euro 100,00 refundable at the end ot the stay, after checking the status of the apartment.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Bed linen or towels: Euro 7,00 per person per change;
- Air conditioning: Euro 42,00 per week;
- Parking in underground garage: Euro 14,00 per week;
- Small pets: Euro 50,00 per stay;
- Extra bed: 10% supplement;
- Baby cot (max. 1 per apartment): Euro 35,00 per week; free if brought by the guest.
