La Terrazza sul Mare is an exclusive apartment located in San Giovanni di Sinis, just 70 meters from the sandy beach. The apartment, located on the first floor of a building composed of two apartments, consists of a kitchen, which can be accessed from the living room through five steps, a dining room with sea view (Dead Sea), a bathroom with shower. The dining room opens into the living room furnished with Sardinian furnishings, ethnic and vintage items, and equipped with a TV. It has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, one of which with a partial sea view from the balcony.
Upstairs there is the highlight of the house: a beautiful terrace, with breathtaking view of the Gulf of Sinis and Capo San Marco and of the back (always sea view), which overlooks the famous early Christian church of San Giovanni. Furnished with hammock, sunbeds, outdoor shower, barbecue and telescope for lovers of stars and astronomy, it can be used for breakfast or aperitifs or just to enjoy the beautiful sunsets of the western coast of Sinis.

La Terrazza sul Mare is located in San Giovanni di Sinis, a hamlet of Cabras, on the west-central coast of Sardinia around 8 km from Oristano and around 100 km from Cagliari.

From Cagliari: take the SS 131 direction Oristano. Once arrived to Oristano follow the directions to Cabras.

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Policy Check-in/Check-out

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out every day.

Check-in is expected in the evening between 17.00 and 20.30 unless otherwise agreed. It must be communicated in time via email. Also, it is  important to release a phone number to reach.
 
Check-out should be from 9.30 to 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed or agreements.

People declared at time of booking must match at arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

Late arrivals: for arrivals from 21.00 to 23.00 penalty of Euro 20,00; for arrivals from 23.00 to 1.00 penalty of Euro 40,00, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of early departure, the new date must be communicated in time and the amount already paid will not be refunded.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Service Forfeit: Euro 35,00 per person, per week (up to 3 years free of charge, from 4 to 12 years Euro 20,00) for electricity, water, gas and daily assistance;

- Check-out Cleaning: Euro 80,00. The host should clean the kitchen, dishes, microwave. Also, the fridge and pantry should be emptied. In case of missed cleaning fee of Euro 50,00. It is compulsory recycling and it must be done entirely by the host. If you leave the waste inside the house you must pay a penalty of Euro 50,00;

- Deposit: Euro 100,00 refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.

 

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at booking time)

- Linen and Towels: single set Euro 18,00 per change; Euro 35,00 double set. The set includes linen, towels and pillow case;

- Bike Rental: Euro 12,00 per person, per day, Euro 40,00 per person, per week, Euro 30,00 per week for children up to 10 years old;

- Beach Towel: Euro 5,00 per week (family offer Euro 20,00 per week 4 sheets) subject to availability;

- Sunbeds and Umbrellas: two sunbeds and one umbrella cost Euro 8,00 per day, subject to availability;

- Optional Comfort Card: Euro 20,00 per person per week from 4 years old. It includes: SEA SET (includes 2 chairs and an umbrella for family and beach towels for the number of people in the apartment), WELCOME SARDINIA (welcome basket with typical Sardinian products), SWEET SARDINIA (Sardinian sweets tray for departure).
