B&B Modolo enjoys a good position in the heart of the namesake, typical Sardinian village near Bosa, surrounded by a wonderful natural environment.
The B&B Modolo overlooks a breathtaking landscape, offers a totally quiet ambiance, and is pleasantly exposed to the sun.

The name Modolo comes from the ancient word Madala which appears to have been introduced in Sardinia by nuraghic migrants from East Asia or may come from the latin term modulis referable to the manner used in ancient times by the people of the valleys of Modolo to intubate the nearby water sources.

The Burlini family manages the property according to the authentic country tradition and will offer you a friendly and careful welcoming, for your true relaxation and well being.

The B&B Modolo is named after the place where it is located, the small village of the region Planargia surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, just 3 km from the beautiful and unspoiled sea of Bosa and the coves of the coast between Bosa and Alghero.

The B&B is easily reachable from the SS 129 bis and, for those coming from the SS131, is the forced way to reach Bosa.

Payment Policy

12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by cash only.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Guests are requested to give advance notice, via email or telephone, about the time of arrival.

Child Policy

Children reductions sharing the room with two adults:

- Children from 0 to 4 years not completed: free of charge sharing the bed with parents;

- Children from 0 to 2 years not completed: Euro 5,00 per night in baby cot (on request);

- Older children or adults: Euro 12,00 per night in extra bed (on request).
