Payment Policy

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:

- Until 31 days before the arrival: no penalty

- From 30 to 18 days before the arrival: 30% penalty

- From 17 to 10 days before the arrival: 50% penalty

- From 9 to 8 days before the arrival: 75% penalty

- From 7 to 0 days before the arrival, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly forfait (from 03/06 to 16/09): Euro 35,00 per person per week, children 0-3 years not completed free of charge, children 3-12 years not completed Euro 15,00. It includes electricity, water and gas consumptions, use of swimming pool, bed linen towels;

- Final cleaning: Studio Flat 2 Euro 50,00; Two-rooms Flat 4 Euro 60,00; Three-rooms Flat 6 Euro 80,00; Four-rooms Flat 8 Euro 90,00. Cleaning of kitchenette is upon guests' care, or there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00;

- Comfort Card (from 03/06 to 16/09): Studio Flat 2 Euro 30,00, Two-rooms Flat 4 Euro 50,00, Three-rooms Flat 6 Euro 60,00, Four-rooms Flat 8 Euro 70,00 per apartment, per stay. It includes: "BEACH SET" available for the whole stay (1 sun umbrella, 1 beach towel per person from 6 years), "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (the package includes: jams, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, rusks, biscuits), "SPORTS" (use of swimming pool), "COURTESY KIT" (bath amenities), Wi-Fi (in the reception area and at the swimming pool), 1 backpack or 1 shopping bag per apartment; booking of excursions and rental of cars and motorcycles (upon payment);

- Deposit: Euro 200,00, refundable at the end of the stay, for any damage or misuse of the property. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests's home address;

- Tourist Tax.

- Beach towel: Euro 5,00 per towel;

- Bicycles: Free, except Comfort Card period;

- Wi-Fi (overlimit charge);

- Linen and towels: bed linen Euro 10,00 per person per change; bath towels Euro 10,00 per person per change;

- High chair: Euro 10,00 per week;

- Stroller: Euro 10,00 per week;

- American coffee machine: Euro 10,00 per week;

- Kettle: Euro 10,00 per week;

- Baby cot (0-2 years): Euro 35,00 per week;

- Extra bed (5th/7th/9th bed): Euro 70,00 per week;

- Pets: small pets admitted, except on the beach and in shared areas, Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning;

- Transfer from Olbia airport or port: Euro 80,00 per car (1/3 pax), Euro 120,00 per car (4/8 pax). From 10.00 pm to 06.00 am 20% surcharge. Surcharge Golfo Aranci port: Euro 20,00 per car. Prices are intended one way.

Policy Check-in/Check-out

This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, from 10/06 to 08/09, and minimum stays of 4 nights, with arrivals and departures every day, from 06/05 to 09/06 and from 09/09 to 14/10.

Arrivals after 20.00 o'clock must be communicated in advance to the property, otherwise reception can't be guaranteed. For arrivals after office hours without notice, there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00.
