The newly-built semidetached Casa Terra, Luna and Sole consists of three units each one on two storeys. The houses are surrounded by a garden and covered patio with dining table. All the houses are very well furnished and equipped with all electrical appliances: colour TV, dishwasher, air conditioning, barbecue and common use washing machine.
It is possible to reach by foot the sandy beach of San Gemiliano and by car in a few minutes the most beautiful beaches of Ogliastra: Orrì, Cea, Barisardo.

Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Consumption forfeit: Euro 30,00 per person per week for adults; Euro 15,00 per person per week for children until 11 years. Bed linen with weekly change included;
- Final cleaning (kitchenette exluded, upon guest's care): Euro 50,00 per apartment;
- Deposit: Euro 200,00, refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred;
- Lack of differentiation and inserting recyclable materials: Euro 50,00.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at booking time)
- Bath towels: Euro 7,00 per person per change;
- Baby cot: Euro 20,00 per week;
- Air conditioning: according to consumption;
- Heating: according to consumption.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights with arrivals and departures on Saturday. Arrivals and departures on different days on request.
Apartments delivery from 17.00 to 20.00. Previous and following arrivals to be agreed in advance.
Departures by 10.00 am.
Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- until 43 days before the arrival date: 30% penalty;
- from 42 to 29 days before the arrival date: 60% penalty;
- from 28 to 4 days before the arrival date: 90% penalty;
- from 3 before until the arrival date and no-show: 100% penalty.
