The Hotel Punta Negra looks out directly onto the sea, nestled in a pine forest inside of the Regional Park of Porto Conte.
The location of the 'hotel offers a splendid view over the bay and the historic center of the Catalan town of Alghero, which is only 7 km away.
Capo Caccia and Neptune's Caves are located instead about 14 Km away. The coast is rich of small bays, bordered by a thick pine forest. The mild climate, the transparency, the extraordinary colors of the waters and perfumes of the Mediterranean scrub, helping you to enjoy a pleasant stay.

The Punta Negra Hotel is situated on the promontory of the same name, just past Fertilia on the road to Porto Conte. Good roads and very little traffic mean that reaching the hotel is extremely quick and easy. The centre of Alghero is just a few kilometres away, the village of Fertilia is even nearer, just a 200-metre walk, the airport is 5 kilometres from us, the port of Porto Torres is 30 kilometres away, whilst Sassari, the province capital, is 35 kilometres from here.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 and within 2 years: free of charge. Baby cot available on request;
- Children from 2 years: 50% reduction on adult's rate.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Beach service with sun umbrellas and deckchairs free of charge from 15/06 to 30/09.
