Later in 1960, resulting in strong economic growth in the tourism sector, which affected the whole coast of Gallura, has touched and transformed the small fishing village of Isola Rossa in a picturesque tourist destination. Currently the facilities of the town (hotels, resorts, residences and holiday houses) have capacity for 5500 visitors. Located on a picturesque coast characterized by alternating beaches and coves of fine white sand surrounded by red granite cliffs that contrast with the sea, clear and emerald tones take blood.
The sea is still rich in particular and the subject of great photos, real paradise for scuba diving. And it is possible to dive into walls full of sea daisies (parazoantos) and red coral (corallium rubrum), canjon caves rich in fish and dream of different sizes and depths. Red Island is ideal for your summer holiday relaxing, being comfortable apartments to the beach (Beach Beach Longa and Li Femina) and all services within walking distance in a short time, avoiding the use of the automobile. The resort is very quiet being recommended for families with children.
INFRASTRUCTURE: Marina, ACQUAPARK (water games) 1700 m in the hills of Rose Island, sports center for tennis and soccer.
RECREATIONAL COMMERCIAL SERVICES: Market, shops, boating, crafts, restaurants, pizza, deli and other shops, bars, disco pubs live music, cabaret and folk concerts in the square.
BOATING AND BATHING SERVICES: At the diving center: education courses, equipment rental, rental boats, rafts, canoes, surfing and pedal boats, windsurfing, diving tank refills, rent beach umbrellas and deck, dock and storage boats and rafts.
The apartments are located in one-storey buildings, the streets are positioned perpendicular to the sea in quiet residential areas of the village that grows near the beach ( Spiaggia Longa e Spiaggia Di Li Femini ) and coves ( Lu Caloni ). The apartments vary in size and are furnished according to the taste of each owner. They are divided into two types: Borgo Spiaggia (BIR) and Borgo Spiaggia Plus (BIP).

Payment Policy
25% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Weekly forfeit Euro 39,00 per person, per week (excluded children within 6 years old) for consumption, assistance and reception;
- Check-out Cleaning: B and B1 Euro 43,00, C and C1 Euro 55,00, D Euro 60,00, D1 Euro 65,00. Kitchenette is upon guest's care, otherwise a supplement of 50% will be applied;
- Deposit: Euro 100,00 (cash payment), refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse of the apartment has incurred.

- Bed linen and bath towels: Euro 10,00 per person, per change;
- Baby cot: Euro 20,00 per week;

Reception hours: from 9.00 to 13.00 - from 15.30 to 19.30. Please advice for arrivals outside office hours in order to ensure an efficient reception service.
