The Affittacamere has four bedrooms, two double rooms with sofa bed as third bed, one double room, one single room with a large bed; they are comfortable, tastefully decorated, each with its own bathroom with all amenities.

12% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by cash only.

Children reductions sharing a room with two adults

- Children from 0 to 6 years old free of charge;

- Children from 7 to 12 years old Euro 30,00 per person, per night.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
