The 2-storey building Buganvillea Casa Vacanze is located in front of the white beaches of the lido at Alghero, that extends for about 7 km. The historical centre of Alghero is located 1.5 km away and there is a bus to the centre approximately every 30 minutes.
It consists of 46 apartments, all of which are fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning. The complex features two types of fully furnished apartments, sleeping 6 or 8 guests.
There is an internal swimming pool (complete with paddling pool), private parking (on request), luggage room with shower, token washing machine and drier.
On the ground floor of Buganvillea Casa Vacanze, close to Reception, there is the in-house restaurant/pizzeria, called Les Arenas, as well as the ice-cream parlour/bar, called La Playa and a supermarket that is open every day.

The complex Buganvillea Casa Vacanze is located in the town of Alghero, in Sardinia, just a few metres from the wonderful sea and the renowned beaches of Lido and Maria Pia.
From Alghero-Fertilia airport: once out of the airport, turn right towards Alghero. At the crossroads, turn left and continue until the following crossroads. Turn right again and go straight towards Alghero. At the roundabout, take Via Liguria and continue until the traffic light. Gli Eucalipti and Buganvillea Residences are on the left, respectively at about 50 and 300 meters.
From Porto Torres: take the SP 42 towards Alghero and continue on the SS 291 towards Fertilia. At the roundabout, continue towards Alghero. After about 4 km, at the second rounabout, take Via Liguria and continue until the traffic light. Gli Eucalipti and Buganvillea Residences are on the left, respectively at about 50 and 300 meters.
From Olbia port or airport: take the SS 131 towards Sassari until the exit to Alghero. Continue towards Alghero until the end of the 4-lane road and turn right onto the SS 291 towards Fertilia. At the roundabout, continue towards Alghero. After about 4 km, at the second rounabout, take Via Liguria and continue until the traffic light. Gli Eucalipti and Buganvillea Residences are on the left, respectively at about 50 and 300 meters.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy
RATES INCLUDE: Water, gas and electricity consumptions, Wi-Fi, heating and access to the swimming pool (open from 23/04 to 31/10).
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Check-out cleaning: Two-rooms apartment 6 Euro 35,00; Three-rooms apartment 8 Euro 50,00. The cleaning of the kitchenette is upon guests' care, otherwise a supplement of Euro 30,00 will be applied;
- Tourist Tax (for the first 7 days of the stay): from 01/01 to 30/04 and from 01/10 to 31/12 Euro 0,25 per person per day; from 01/05 to 30/09 Euro 0,50 per person per day. Exempt from payment children under 12 years.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at booking time)
- Bed linen and bath towels: Euro 14,00 per person;
- Extra bed linen and bath towels change: Euro 10,00 per person;

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires:
- minimum stays of 2 nights from 02/01 to 23/06 and from 09/09 to 29/12, of 3 nights from 24/06 to 30/06 and from 26/08 to 08/09, 5 nights from 01/07 to 04/08 and from 19/08 to 25/08, 6 nights from 08/06 to 11/06, and of 7 nights from 12/07 to 18/08.

Apartment delivery: from 15.00 to 19.00. Please notify in advance arrivals from 13.00 to 15.00 and after 19.00 o'clock, in order to arrange the delivery of the keys.
