Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Policy Checkin/Checkout
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out only on Sundays. Arrivals and departures on midweek on request.
Property Policy
ADDITIONAL COMPULSORY CHARGES TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY:
- Weekly forfait: Euro 35,00 per person/ week, infants included. The price includes: electricity, water, gas, bed linen, local assistance, use of swimming pool.
- Final cleaning: Two-room Flat 2 Euro 40,00; Two-room Flat 3/4 Euro 50,00; Three-room Flat Euro 53,00.
- Cautional deposit: Euro 100,00.
- Kitchenette cleaning is upon guest's care not to incure in Euro 30,00 extra charge.
OPTIONAL CHARGES:
- Baby cot: Euro 26,00 per week (on request to be noticed at the booking time).
- Possibility to rent umbrellas and chairs in the public beach.
- Bath linen (set of 3 pieces): Euro 7,00 (on request to be noticed at the booking time).
