Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with check-in and check-out only on Sundays. Arrivals and departures on midweek on request.

The prices includes: costs of water, electricity, gas, final cleaning, bed linen.

Elegantly furnished apartments. They have color TV, parking, verandas, sea view and a small common area equipped with games for children.

The property is located in Badesi, a small town between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura. From Olbia: drive on the SS127 towards Tempio Pausania for about 20 Km. Pass the town of Tempio and of Aggius, drive on the SP74 and follow the directions to Badesi.
