Villa delle Api is located 5 km from Baja Sardinia and at 2 km from the beautiful beach of Cala Ginepro. Baja Sardinia, one of the most famous places of the Costa Smeralda, is fanned out in a large bay, composed of a beach with clear waters and fine sand, in front of the archipelago of La Maddalena and about 4 km west from Porto Cervo . The archipelago of La Maddalena, that has become a protected reserve a few years ago, can be reached by boats, that depart daily from the beach of Baja Sardinia, or by car, thanks to the maritime connection between Palau and La Maddalena.In this place it is possible to practice different sporting activities. In addition to the presence of tennis courts and five-a-side-football fields, indeed, the perfect combination of favourable currents and winds create ideal conditions for windsurfing and sailing.
The house, an independent villa for 10 people, is furnished comfortably and tastefully and consists of modern Italian furniture mixed with traditional Sardinian style. The villa consists of a main lounge and dining area and an open kitchen. There are a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and another bathroom. There is an annexe section which access is via external stairs . In this part of the house there is a lounge with billard table and a kitchen with pizza oven, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, another double bedroom and another bathroom. The large salt water swimming pool is equipped with underwater music system and the music can be piped through the garden. Villa Delle Api is a wonderful place to stay for a group of family or friends who want to be close to stunning Costa Smeralda.

Payment Policy

50% of the total amount will be charged on the provided credit card at time of booking, as confirmation deposit. Balance amount is due 60 days before check-in. Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation within 60 days before check-in 25% of the total booking will be charged. Between 60 and 31 days before check-in 50% of the total booking cancellation charge. From 30 days up to arrival date, No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Refundable deposit: 1.000,00 Euro. The guest’s credit card details will be asked for and, in case of damage, the corresponding amount will be charged, but not more than 1.000,00 Euro;
- Weekly Forfeit: 350,00 Euro that include gas, bed and bath linen, pool and garden maintenance, guest’s support on location during the stay, final cleaning (kitchen excluded) and daily cleaning five times a week;
- Water supply: for the consumption of water 1,00 Euro per cubic meter will charged (water meter will be checked upon arrival and departure);
- Electricity: for the consumption of electricity 0,20 Euro per Kw will charged (electricity meter will be checked upon arrival and departure);
- Kitchen cleaning: should the guest fail to leave the kitchen clean and tidy, a 50,00 Euro extra charge will be applied.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Extra bed linen: 7,00 Euro per person per week;
- Extra towels: 7,00 Euro per person per week
- Baby Cot: 50,00 Euro per week;
- Baby High Chair: 50,00 Euro per week;
- Extra bed (to be requested at booking time): 50,00 Euro per week;
- Pets (subject to written confirmation): 30,00 Euro per week for each pet;
- Welcome Kit: 30,00 Euro; it includes mineral water, milk, instant coffee, teabags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam, butter, ham, cheese, crisps, biscuits, eggs, bottle of wine.

Policy Checkin/Checkout

- Arrivals are on Saturdays only, unless otherwise agreed;

- Minimum stays of one week are required, minimum two weeks in August;

- Check-in time is between 15.00 and 17.00 on the day of arrival;

- Arrivals after 17.00 (to notify upon reservation or before arrival), instructions to access directly to the villa will be given and the keys will be collected from a specific container with code;

- Arrivals after 17.00 with assistance (to notify upon reservation or before arrival) extra charge of 50,00 Euro;

- Check-out time by 10.00.

From Olbia: Take the SS125 towards Costa Smeralda-Arzachena. Then, just before Arzachena, take the SP59 and follow the directions to Baia Sardinia.
