All the rooms are located in the historic centre of Orosei close to each other and served by the same Reception. In the motherhouse Sa Corte are placed the bar and the breakfast room too. The other two buildings Sa Dommo and Sa Turre are just 150m far. In summer, breakfast and fancy aperitives with a tasting of local products of Orosei will be served outside in the inner court.
All the buildings are not so far from the most beautiful Sardinia’s beaches. Guests staying in Sa Turre will enjoy the enchanting view of the Gulf of Orosei from the solarium. Guests staying in Sa Corte will leap into our forefathers’ history, living in their ancient homes now restored. Spacious, elegant and bright rooms, verandas and the spectacular view of Mount Tuttavista will be enjoyed by those guests who will stay in Sa Dommo.

Payment Policy
30% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Balance amount will be required a month before check-in. Accepted payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, BANK TRANSFER.
Cancellation Policy
A charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made between 29 and 1 day before check-in, reductions of stay or no-shows will be charged in full.

Child Policy
Children within 3 years old stay free of charge (with babycot).
Bright and comfortable double room. The name Janas is the same of some cheeky and little fairies, who according to some legends, populated Sardinia. They web valuable threads and protect caves and ancient houses. They certainly lived in those ancient houses that have now become the rooms of the Mannois hotel. Janas rooms are located in the buildings of "Sa Dommo" and "Sa Turre" nearby the "Casa Madre" (the main house).

Junior Suite Seniores
This large room has been furnished according to the former room use and can accommodate up to three people. These rooms are dedicated to the figure of Sennores. They were rich and nobles landowners in the Age of Baronia, a period of four centuries that was extremely relevant for the surrounding territory and Orosei history.

Senior Suite Barones
Most spacious and elegant room prepared with attention to the smallest details. It has a loft and can accommodate up to 4 people The Senior Suites are dedicated to the figure of some important personages, the Barones, who guided for a long time the destiny of Sardinia. In particular, we would like to remember the family Guiso who governed this land for 400 years, until the 1836. To one of this members, Don Giovanni Guiso, is dedicated the homonym museum.
