Costa Paradiso is sun, sea, nature, landscapes, environment, simple and natural flavours of a generous land that will offer you an unforgettable holiday. Its beaches and coves include Li Cossi, one of the natural beauties of Sardinia, accessible through a footpath along the cliff, Le Baiette, small cove of rock with pedestrian access and platform for sunbathing, I Tamerici, a small sandy cove easily accessible and close to many amenities, including restaurants and bars, Le Sorgenti, beautiful descent to the sea in the cliff offering a spectacular backdrop for snorkeling, Tinnari, accessible only by sea with private boat or daily boat-shuttle. Paths along the cliffs allow to reach some natural pools where you can swim and dive from the rocks.
The village of Costa Paradiso offers a wide range of types of holiday. Because of its vast extent, indeed, it provides different types of stays, ranging from entertainment, to relaxation, to sport, and is suitable for both families with children and young people and couples.

The apartment complex Residenze Belvedere enjoys a fantastic panoramic position overlooking the sea and the Gulf of Asinanara and part of the village of Costa Paradiso, offering a breathtaking view. It is located 600 meters from the sea and 100 meters from the center of the Village, where you can find all the main services: two supermarkets, two pubs, a restaurant, a butcher, a greengrocer's shop, an ice cream parlor, a jewelry, a gift shop etc. The property features a swimming pool that can be used exclusively from the 8 apartments and each apartment has a wide veranda facing the sea.

Residenze Belvedere is located 40 km from Santa Teresa di Gallura, 70 km from Porto Torres, 100 km from Olbia and Alghero.

From Olbia: take the SS127 towards Tempio Pausania and continue along the SP74 towards the coast. Go through Aggius, and once you get in Trinità D'Agultu, follow the signs for Santa Teresa SP90; along the road, on the left, there is the junction for Costa Paradiso.

From Porto Torres: follow the signs to Castelsardo, continue towards the SP81, go through Platamona, follow the signs for Santa Teresa SP90 and, along the road, on the left, there is the junction for Costa Paradiso.

From Alghero: take the SS127bis towards Sassari and continue along the SS672 towards Trinità d'Agultu e Vignola.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Payment Policy

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE  ON PROPERTY

- Final cleaning: Three-rooms Apartment Euro 70,00;

- Deposit: Euro 150,00 deposit, refundable at the end of the stay.

 

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to require at booking time)

- Extra bed: Euro 100,00 per week;

- Baby cot: Euro 80,00 per week;

- Pets: Euro 50,00 per week;

- Towels-kit: Euro 15,00 (it includes three towels);

- Half board: Euro 200,00 per person per week;

- Full board: price on request;

- Transfer from/to the airport: Euro 120.00 each way.
