The Hotel Limone Beach is spread over an area of four hectares, a few kilometers from Costa Rei and Villasimius, paradises of seaside holidays in Sardinia. It overlooks the beach of Calasinzias, one of the most famous of the east Sardinian coast. The resort is composed of 53 little villas located in the central part, about 200-400 meters away from the beach and equipped with every comfort. The rooms and common areas are connected by a net of lanes and pedestrian and bike paths. All facilities are situated in the central part, equidistant from the rooms and easily accessible by guests. There are any architectural barriers in all common spaces, so disable people have free access to the available services. The restaurant offers a buffet service with Italian and Sardinian food. For sport lovers: 2 swimming pools (adults and children), volleyball, soccer and tennis. The atmosphere is cheerful, thanks to the staff and the entertainment. Mini club for children (4/12 years old).

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Child Policy

Children reductions sharing a room with two adults:

- Children from 0 within 12 years 50% reduction on adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

COMPULSORY Club Card: Euro 35,00 per person, per week, free for children from 0 within 12 years old. The card includes the use of the swimming pool, volleyball, soccer and tennis, entertainment, parking and Mini Club (4/12 years old)

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Beach service (optional, available from 01/06 to 15/09): 1° row Euro 150,00- 2° row Euro 120,00 - 3° row Euro 90,00. Rates are per week and include 2 sun beds and one sun umbrella.

Activities on payment: diving, boat rental, excursions, transfers from/to airport, SPA.

Standard
The Standard rooms have a double bed plus an extra single bed or a bunk bed. They have all comfort.

The Comfort rooms consist of a large room with double bed and another separate room, divided by a passage, with two or three single beds.

The Limone Beach Resort is located on the south-east coast of Sardinia, in Castiadas, in Località Cala Sinzias, close to the protected Marine Park of Villasimius.
The village is 50 km from Cagliari, connected through the SP 17 (panoramic view) to Cagliari and the New Eastern Road, which allows to reach the port and airport of Cagliari in about 55 minutes.
