Villa Peonia is a holiday villa located just steps from the Bay of Porto Frailis, on the eastern side of the district Arbatax, surrounded by a beautiful flower garden of 1500sqm. The villa is managed by the owners and maintains a high standard for different types of guests: families with children, couples or lonely travelers, who search a quiet accommodation.
Villa Peonia recalls an ancient villa, with roofs in Sardinian roofing-tiles and stone in the interior part. The villa consists of 6 large size apartments, tastefully furnished and well refined in every detail. On the ground floor there are two two-rooms apartments with four beds and one three-rooms apartment with 6 beds. On the first floor there are two comfortable three-room apartments with terraces overlooking the garden; on the second floor there is a wonderful attic. All apartments are equipped with every comfort and furnished in a comfortable way.
Villa Peonia has an excellent position to reach the beach (just 500 meters away) by foot and all services: restaurants, supermarket, newsagent, church, bakery, deli-self service and chemist's shop. Villa Peonia is the ideal place for those who prefer an elegant and quiet ambience with a particular attention to detail. For this reason groups are not admitted.

Villa Peonia is situated a few steps from the Bay of Porto Frailis, on the eastern side of Arbatax.
From Cagliari: Drive on the SS125 towards Muravera/Tortolì for the main part of the route. Once in Tortolì, follow the directions to its marina, Arbatax.
From Olbia: Drive on the SS131 DCN following the directions to Nuoro/Cagliari for about 50 km, follow then the signs to Orosei/Dorgali and continue on the SS125 towards Baunei/Tortolì. Once in Tortolì, follow the directions to its marina, Arbatax.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following penalties will apply:
- until 31 days before the arrival date: 40% penalty;
- from 30 to 16 days before the arrival date: 75% penalty;
- from 15 to 0 days before the arrival date, no-shows and early departures: 100% penalty.
Property Policy
THE PRICE INCLUDES: use of the apartment, electricity, water and gas consumptions, bed linen and bath towels with weekly change, kitchen towels, pots and dishes, outdoor parking, final cleaning (excluded kitchen area, pots and dishes), Wi-Fi Internet connection, transfer from/to the port and airport of Tortolì.
COMPULSORY EXTRA COST TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (cash)
- Deposit: Euro 200,00 for any damage or misuse of the property, refundable at the end of the stay. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer;
- Check-out Cleaning: Euro 50,00.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (on request at booking time)
- Air conditioning and heating: upon consumption;
- Cleaning of kitchen area and dishes (charged if not made by the customer): Euro 25,00;
- Baby bed 0-3 years (maximum 1 per apartment): Euro 20,00 per day;
- Extra bed (sofa bed in the living room): Euro 35,00 per day;
- Room service (change of bed linen and towels): Euro 50,00;
- Nespresso coffee maker: Euro 5,00 per day;
- Kit of 10 Nespresso coffee capsules: Euro 6,00;
- Internal parking for cars and bikes: Euro 8,00 per day;
- Motoryacht excursion with lunch: Euro 65,00 per person;
- Boat excursion with skipper (for 4 people): Euro 50,00 per person + fuel cost;
- Pets: not admitted.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights, with arrivals and departures every day, from 02/07 to 19/08, and minimum stays of 3 nights in the remaining periods.
Apartments will be delivered completely clean from 17.00 to 20.00 on Saturday of arrival. Any delay (no more than half an hour will be tolerated) has to be arranged in advance. In any case, for arrivals after 20.00 a supplement of Euro 50,00 per apartment will be applied, deducted from the deposit.
The delivery of the apartments must take place between 08.00 and 10.00 on the departure day. Any delay has to be arranged in advance, otherwise a supplement of Euro 100,00, deducted from the deposit, will be applied.
