The Club Hotel Torre Moresca is located in Cala Ginepro, a beach resort at about 14 Km from the town of Orosei, within a wonderful setting of enchanting coves of fine sand interspersed with pine woods.
The hotel stands about 100 metres from the beach: its architectural style, the pinewood in front of the hotel, its gardens and inner squares make the complex one of the prettiest holiday villages on Sardinia.

Club Hotel Torre Moresca is located in Cala Ginepro (a tourist and beach area of the town of Orosei, which is about 14 km away), along the beautiful central-eastern coast of Sardinia.
From Olbia airport or port (about 85 Km): take the SS131 DCN towards Nuoro, turn to Siniscola and follow the SS125 until Orosei.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing the Studio Flat with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 6 years not completed in baby cot or third bed: free of charge;
- Children from 6 to 12 years not completed in third bed: 50% reduction on adult's rate.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- from 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 10% of the total booking amount;
- from 14 to 9 days before the arrival date: 30% of the total booking amount;
- from 8 to 4 days before the arrival date: 75% of the total booking amount;
- from 3 to 0 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total booking amount.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Club Card: Compulsory from the age of 4, Euro 7,00 per person, per day; the card allows guests to Beach service (one sun umbrella and two sunbeds per room, excluded first and second row, which are upon payment, and by the pool, upon availability), Day and evening Entertainment and Miniclub (from 4 years) from 04/06 to 10/09, Sport facilities: Tennis, Five-a-side football, Gym, etc.
OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Extra Meals (per person per day): Euro 25,00 from 20/05 to 04/08 and from 26/08 to 30/09; Euro 30,00 from 05/08 to 25/08;
- Beach Service (one sun umbrella and two sunbeds, on request and upon availability): First row Euro 20,00 per day; Second row Euro 15,00 per day;
- Transfer (to require at booking time): From or to Olbia airport and port, car for 1/4 people or Minibus for 5/8 people, Euro 45,00 per person (minimum 2 people) each way. Children within 2 years free of charge. Children from 2 and within 6 years 50% discount. Transfer service for just one person Euro 90,00 each way. For transfers at night (from 20.00 to 7.30) supplement of Euro 45,00 per car, each way. N.B.: In case of no-show, the transfer total amount will be charged in full;
- Pets: small pets (max 4-5 Kg) allowed on request, excluding the shared areas, Euro 10,00 per day + Euro 70,00 for final disinfection.
SUPPLEMENTS
- Room in in Central Building: Euro 10,00 per person per day;
- Prestige Room: it includes bathrobe and beach towel, initial equipment of minibar, typical sweets upon arrival, free Wi-Fi service, cleaning service in the afternoon, late check-out by 02.00 pm, Euro 40,00 per room per day.

This property requires minimum stays of 3 nights, with arrivals and departures every day, from 20/05 to 16/06 and from 02/09 to 30/09, and minimum stays of 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, in the remaining periods.
