The Vista Blu Resort is situated just 3km from the town centre of Alghero. It is a very recent development built in a mediterranean style with local stone and cool pastel colours, set in well attended gardens, surrounded by mature olive groves and offering fabulous views towards the sea, the gulf of Alghero and Capo Caccia.
Alghero is a popular and thriving Holiday destination with numerous lovely beaches and a beautiful historic town centre full of characteristic shops, restaurants, bars and cafès. The town has a strong Spanish / Catalan element to it's history which is clearly evident in the local dialect, architecture, cuisine and traditions.
There's something for everyone in this corner of Sardinia: from archeological sites including Nuraghe Palmavera and the Necropolis of Anghelu Ruju to the National park of Porto Conte and Neptune's Caves. There are vinyards to visit and nature trails to walk.
The old Town centre is a hub of activity until the early hours with it's narrow cobbled streets lined with boutiques and restaurants offering some of the best of local cuisine plus some of the best quality wines in Italy. Just outside the town there are also several night clubs and discos.

From Alghero Fertilia: take the SS 127 and follow signs to downtown. The property is located along the slopes of Mount Carru, just 2 km from the beautiful city of Alghero.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Until 31 days before the arrival: no penalty
- From 30 to 18 days before the arrival: 30% penalty
- From 17 to 10 days before the arrival: 50% penalty
- From 9 to 8 days before the arrival: 75% penalty
- From 7 to 0 days before the arrival, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty
Property Policy
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Weekly forfait (from 03/06 to 08/09): Euro 35,00 per person per week, children 0-3 years not completed free of charge, children 3-12 years not completed Euro 15,00. It includes electricity, water and gas consumptions, bed linen and bath towels, air conditioning, equipped swimming pool (deck-chairs and sunbeds subject to availability);
- Final cleaning: Villa 4 Euro 60,00; Villa 6 Euro 70,00; Villa 8 Euro 80,00. Cleaning of kitchenette is upon guests' care, or there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00;
- Comfort Card (from 03/06 to 16/09): Euro 15,00 per person per week for adults, children 3-12 years not completed Euro 5,00. It includes: "BEACH SET" available for the whole stay (1 sun umbrella, 1 beach towel for adult), "WELCOME BREAKFAST" (the package includes: jams, nutella, milk, tea, coffee, 1 bottle of water, rusks, biscuits), "COURTESY KIT" (bath amenities), WI-FI, use of bicycles subject to availability (deposit for use Euro 150,00), booking of excursions and rental of cars and motorcycles (upon payment); 1 free shopping bag per apartment;
- Deposit: Euro 200,00, refundable at the end of the stay, for any damage or misuse of the property. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests's home address;
- Tourist Tax.

- Daily cleaning (kitchenette excluded): Villa 4 Euro 20,00, Villa 6 Euro 25,00, Villa 8 Euro 35,00;
- Linen and towels: bed linen Euro 10,00 per person per change; bath towels Euro 10,00 per person per change;
- Baby cot (0-2 years): Euro 35,00 per week, free of charge if brought by the guest;
- Extra bed (7th/9th bed): Euro 70,00 per week;
- High chair: Euro 10,00 per week;
- Stroller: Euro 10,00 per week;
- American coffee machine: Euro 10,00 per week;
- Kettle: Euro 10,00 per week;
- Beach towel: Euro 5,00 per towel;
- Pets: small pets admitted, except on the beach and in shared areas, Euro 30,00 for extra cleaning;
- Transfer from Alghero airport: Euro 35,00 from 1 to 4 people; Euyro 60,00 from 5 to 8 people. From 10.00 pm to 7.00 am 20% surcharge. Surcharge Porto Torres port: Euro 40,00 per car. Prices are intended one way.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 7 nights, with arrivals and departures on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, from 03/06 to 08/09, and minimum stays of 4 nights, with arrivals and departures every day in the remaining periods.
Arrivals after 20.00 o'clock must be communicated in advance to the property, otherwise reception can't be guaranteed. For arrivals after office hours without notice, there will be a supplement of Euro 50,00.
