Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Child Policy
Children and adults reductions in 3° and 4° bed when sharing room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 7 years free of charge
- Children from 8 to 13 years reduction of 50% on adult's rate
- Children from 14 years up and adults reduction of 25% on adult's rate
- A child under 14 years sharing room with an adult 50% discount on adult's rate up to 28/07 and from 25/08, 30% reduction in the remaining periods.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPULSORY ADDITONAL COSTS TO PAY ON PROPERTY:
- Compulsory Club card Euro 35,00 per person per week (Baby 0 / 3 years: free);
The card includes: beach service, pool for adults and children, collective gymnastics, sports tournaments, Baby Club 3 / 6 years with a variety of recreational activities, mini club 6 / 12 years with tournament play, show preparation and dance, junior club 12/16 years during the day and evening with entertainment, games and tournaments on the beach, dance classes, music and theater, Shuttle service to nearby villages during the day at fixed times (on request: shuttle service at night).
FACULTATIVE ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO PAY ON PROPERTY:
- Comfort Card: optionally Euro 25,00 from 14 years up per person per week:
The card includes: 1 umbrella, 1 deckchair, 1 sunbed 1st or 2nd row, 2 beach towels (changed weekly), fruit basket, late check out until 1:00 pm
- Baby cot 0/3 years: Euro 35,00 per week
- Animals: extra cleaning Euro 30,00 per stay.

Policy Checkin/Checkout
The property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights in all periods with arrival and departure on Saturday and/or Tuesday.
Standard rooms are located in the main building on the first floor or partly in the adjacent residential units on the ground floor and first floor. They are all equipped with bathroom with shower and hairdryer, balcony or veranda.
Facilities: Airconditioning, Hairdryer, Minibar, Safety Deposit Box, Shower, Telephone, TV, Private Bathroom .
Family Room
Family rooms are located in the main building on the first floor or partly in the adjacent residential units on the ground floor and first floor. They are all equipped with bathroom with shower and hairdryer, balcony or veranda. Full board + drinks (water and wine in carafes) included.
Facilities: Airconditioning, Hairdryer, Minibar, Safety Deposit Box, Shower, Telephone, TV, Private Bathroom .
From Olbia: take the SS 127 towards Tempio Pausania for about 20 Km. After having passed Tempio and Aggius, drive on the SP 74 and follow the directions to Badesi.
