Demas B&B is set inside a great private house plunged in a garden of Mediterranean maquis/bush, it totally has an independent entry that guarantees the greatest privacy.

It is made up of two bedrooms, with a private hygienic bathroom each, a double-room with balcony that faces the wonderful mountains of Baunei and Urzulei, and a triple room that it faces the garden. Each room has a different subject, one is dedicated to the sea and the other to the country. The refinement of the furnishing in the Demas B&B, the crayon/light colours and the endowments of the rooms, are choosen by the owner personally, following the desire that guests simply feel "at one's ease" in every moment of their stay. Breakfast is served in the kitchen in the main entrance of the apartment painted with pastel colours very light to favour the awakening of the senses.

When the weather is good you can have breakfast outside at the tables in the adjoining terrace enjoying the fresh morning breeze and the view of the garden. In fact, outside, the garden relax and offers green corners where to withdraw and to have a rest in the open air or to sunbathe on deckchairs. Different kinds of plants are the scenery of a small botanical collection of Mediterranean maquis always and exclusively painstaking by the owners who conceive gardening as a very pleasant way to spend the lukewarm spring afternoons.

Demas B&B is located 2 km far from Corso Umberto, the neuralgic centre of Tortolì, where you can find the most important services.

The port and airport Tortoli Arbatax are situated about 4-5 km away. Cagliari-Elmas is about 150 km, Olbia-Costa Smeralda 170 km, Alghero-Fertilia 200 km away.

Payment Policy

10% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property. The balance payment should be done by cash only.

Child Policy

Children reductions sharing the room with two adults:

- Children from 0 to 2 years not completed: free of charge;

-  Children from 2 to 12 years not completed: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETLLE ON PROPERTY

- Air conditioning: Euro 3,00 per person per day;

- Laundry service: Euro 6,00 per wash;

- Packed Lunch: Euro 7,00 per meal;

- Rental of sun umbrellas and beach towels: Euro 5,00 each one;

- It is possible to use the kitchen by booking both rooms and with the property agreement;

- Transfers from/to port and airport;

- Excursions by sea and by land, and all kind of rentals.
