Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:

- Children from 0 and within 12 years, in baby cot or third bed: free of charge;

- Children from 0 and within 12 years in fourth bed: 50% reduction on adult's rate.

Following penalty charges will apply:

- for cancellation from 30 to 15 days before check-in, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellation from 14 to 09 days before check-in, 30% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellation from 08 to 04 days before check-in, 75% of the total booking amount will be charged;

- for cancellation from 03 to 0 days before check-in, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Beach Service (on request by booking): Euro 10,00 per person per day; it includes transfer, one sun umbrella and two sunbeds per room; children from 0 and within 8 yeras are free of charge;

- Transfer (to require at booking time): From/to Olbia airport or port, car for 1/4 people or Minibus for 5/8 people, Euro 40,00 per person (minimum 2 people) each way. Children from 0 and within 2 years, free of charge. Children from 2 and within 6 years, 50% discount. N.B.: In case of no-show, the transfer total amount will be charged in full. Transfer service for just one person: Euro 80,00 each way;

- Pets: Not allowed.

SUPPLEMENTS

- Prestige room: Accomodation in Pool view room, with bathrobe and beach towel, initial equipment of minibar, typical sweets at arrival, two hours per week of free Wi-Fi service, cleaning service in the afternoon, late check-out by 02.00 pm, Euro 15,00 per person per day;

- Supplement for Easter: From Good Friday to Easter Monday (included), Euro 25,00 per person per day;

- Supplement for New Year: From 30/12 to 02/01 (included), Euro 25,00 per person per day (New Year's Eve dinner not included).
