The Agriturismo Gragonti takes its name from the homonymous locality, once a place of the deposit of minerals typical of the area of Arbus. The owners, Mr. Fernando Marongiu and his family who are always goat farmers decided to create an accommodation located in one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of Sardinia in the heart of Costa Verde and offer hospitality and typical cuisine of the Sardinian tradition. The property is located in an ideal position along the SS 126, which connects Arbus to Fluminimaggiore, from which you can quickly reach the rocky coast of Capo Pecora, the beaches of Scivu and the famous dunes of Piscinas. A farm holiday that combine not only the untouched outback area and the coast, but also the opportunity to enjoy the local cuisine with homemade products
such as meat, cheese and vegetables. In a familiar and friendly atmosphere you will find a selection of accommodations,lunch and dinner as well as the possibility of renting a large hall for all occasions like: weddings and parties of various kinds. The entire farm covers an area of 83
fully grown hectares and is specialized in the agriculture sector and dairy farming of goats, rabbits and other farm animals as well as in the cultivation of cereals,
forage, legumes and vegetables. In their own cheese factory they produce different types of high quality goat cheeses.

Payment Policy

12% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking. Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.

Child Policy

Children reductions sharing a room with two adults:

- Children from 0 to 2 years old: Euro 10,00 per day;

- Children from 3 to 12 years old: 50% reduction on adult rate.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Triple
Triple room well decorated and comfortable, decorated with stone walls and furnished with wrought iron beds and furniture of good quality. Breakfast included.

Quadruple room consists of a double bed and a bunk bed, well decorated and comfortable, decorated with stone walls and furnished with wrought iron beds and furniture of good quality.

From Olbia - Porto Torres - Sassari:
Take the SS 131 Carlo Felice in direction Cagliari. Then take the SS 197 at the point of Sanluri, go ahead towards San Gavino Monreale, and then at last Guspini and Arbus.

From Cagliari:
Take the SS 131 in direction of Oristano. Take the SS 197 at the point of Sanluri, go on towards San Gavino Monreale, and then Guspini and Arbus. As an alternative you can follow the road SS 130 to Iglesias, after Decimomannu go out and take the SS 196 in direction of Villasor, then go through Villacidro Gonnosfanadiga - Arbus.
From Arbus take the road SS 126 for Fluminimaggiore-Iglesias. Go on for about 13 km after the 74th km. Here on the right there is an entrance with an indication of the Agriturismo Gragonti.
