The B&B Villa Agnes is located about 800 meters away from the city center in a very quiet street, away from all the traffic and is surrounded by a 4000 sq.m beautiful garden. Guests can enjoy breakfast in the breakfast room or outdoor- on the large terrace, in a quiet location, inserted into the beautiful green landscape.
The beach of Badesi with its 8 km long, golden sand, one of the largest beaches on the coast is about 2500 meter away from our B&B and is easily accessible by a bus (in summer the bus drives every half a hour to the beach).

10% of the total amount will be charged at time of booking.Balance amount will be paid upon arrival, directly to the property. Balance payment should be done by cash only.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

The Bed&Breakfast is located 800 meters from the center of Badesi (OT), a tourist resort between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura, in the north-west of Sardinia.
From Olbia: take the SS 127 towards Tempio Pausania for about 20 Km. After having passed Tempio and Aggius, drive on the SP 74 and follow the directions to Badesi.
