The Verdemare Open Village offers its guests a good selection of various proposals and the flexibility to meet the needs of each guest.

The apartments and villas are located near the beach and enjoy a wonderful position, in a natural environment. They are furnished in Mediterranean style, with balconies, terraces or gardens, all with an entrance hall, kitchenette, grill, outdoor shower and parking area. Suitable for those who prefer the traditional beach holiday with beach and a lot of relax. The apartments and villas are located between 50 and 1500 meters from the sea.

Additionally the Verdemare Open Village offers its guests a stay in the main part of the village in a central located villa. This villa is a family owned B&B and gives its guests all the advantages of a Sardinian hospitality. The villa is located a few steps from the sea (500 m), is surrounded by a large garden and offers the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful landscape directly from the veranda.

Verdemare Open Village is located in Torre dei Corsari on the edge of the Costa Verde, the famous zone for the magnificent and majestic dunes with the golden sand. Torre dei Corsari is ideal for a relaxed vacation, spa, health, and ideal for children, with over 3 km long beach.

From Cagliari: take the SS 131 towards Sassari-Oristano and after app. 50 km the exit-Sanluri Guspini. Next to Arbus towards Guspini and then to St. Antonio of Santadi. At the next stop sign, turn right and go straight to the intersection where you will find the sign for Torre dei Corsari. Arrived in Torre dei Corsari straight on the main street, Viale della Torre until you will pass the supermarket, then on the next intersection take the left turn. Go straight to the hotel Villa Belfiori - Reception Verdemare with the No. 51

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

These cancellation penalties are to be considered valid with the exception of reservations made with special offers that have different cancellation penalties.

This property requires minimum stays of 2 nights.

The delivery of the apartments takes place from 16.00 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20.00 o'clock not previously agreed there will be a penalty of Euro 50,00.
Check-out must take place within the 10.00. For departures after this time there will be a penalty of Euro 60,00.

- Deposit: Euro 150,00, refundable at the end of the stay after checking the apartment.
