The Residence I Borghi e la Collina is situated in a quiet residential area, a few hundred meters from the town centre, and is divided into two areas: I Borghi and La Collina, both with a not equipped swimming pool, with established schedules, operating in the months of July and August. At guests’ disposal a tennis court of synthetic grass.
The apartments, on two levels, then with internal stairs, have a patio or an equipped veranda. They are furnished in a simple way according to the taste of each owner. The interior of the residence is entirely pedestrian und therefore very quiet and far from noise and traffic. You can reach a supermarket just a few meters from the apartments on foot.

The Residence I Borghi e la Collina is located in the South East coast of Sardinia; Villasimius is 45 km away from the port of Cagliari and 55 km from the airport Cagliari-Elmas.
Once you reach Villasimius, you could find the petrol station Agip in front of you: leave it on the right side and then continue along the road on your left. Drive to the intersection where there is a stone with the inscription "Villasimius" and turn left. Drive for 20 meters and at the first road on the right side turn again. Drive straight again (the road goes uphill gradually) to the end of the street and then turn on the right: 50 meters ahead you will find the reception.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
Following penalty charges will apply:
- for cancellations made 31 days before check-in, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 30 to 21 days before check-in, 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 20 to 8 days before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- for cancellations made 7 to 0 days before check-in and no-show, will be charged in full.
Property Policy
COMPUSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 50,00 per person (children from 0 to 6 years free of charge); it includes electricity, water, gas, linen (weekly change must be made by the customer by the reception), TV, 24 hours assistance on site;
- Check-out cleaning: per apartment Two-rooms Apartment Euro 65,00, Three-rooms Apartment Euro 70,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal must be made by the customer otherwise supplement of Euro 70,00;
- Deposit: Euro 200,00 to be paid on arrival. Refundable at departure after checking the status of the apartment.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Bathroom linen: available on rental, Euro 8,00 per person per set (the set includes a towel and a shower towel). Kitchen linen not available;
- Air conditioning: Euro 50,00 per week, on request by booking but not guaranteed;
- Baby cot: Euro 25,00 per week, free of charge if brought by the guest;
- Small pets allowed free, not in public areas, on request by booking;
- Garage: Euro 30,00 per week, bookable on site only according to the available places;

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures Saturdays. Apartments will be delivered from 17.00 to 20.00.
NIGHT RECEPTION
- Arrivals after 20:00 p.m. will be agreed compulsorily with the property. Free arrivals until 22:00 p.m.
- For arrivals from 22:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m. there is a supplement of Euro 40.00 per apartment. Arrivals after 02:00 p.m. will be welcomed the following morning at the opening of the office
