Hotel Arbatasar is a four-star hotel located in the centre of Arbatax, near the tourist harbour. All year round open, the hotel offers 43 double rooms and an outside suite, next to the main building, built on two levels with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sitting room. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with bathroom, direct dial telephone, internet, radio, minibar, safe and TV. Three of these are junior suite, whose bathroom has a Jacuzzi.
The hotel has a conference centre equipped for televideo conferencing and meeting rooms with audiovisual aids, adsl and fax. There are also several lounge areas, a bar, a garden with swimming pool and a private car park with plenty of shade and 24 hr surveillance. The breakfast room on the third floor has an outside terrace and panoramic view over the gulf of Arbatax. The restaurant offers Mediterranean dishes and local specialties, the talented chef creates with the valuable help of the fresh products of Sardinian land and sea.

Arbatax, in the past a small fishermen village, is a hamlet of the munincipality of Tortolì and it is located on the eastern coast of Sardinia. It is about two hours away from Cagliari and from Olbia.
From Cagliari: drive on the SS125 Orientale Sarda towards Muravera-Tortolì.
From Olbia: drive on the SS131, towards Tortolì.

Payment Policy
15% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing the room with two adults:
- Children from 0 to 2 years: free of charge if sharing the bed with parents. Baby cot (to settle on property): Euro 15,00 per day from 01/04 to 03/06 and from 01/10 to 31/10; Euro 20,00 per day from 04/06 to 30/09.
- Children from 3 to 10 years: 40% reduction on adult's rate from 25/03 to 04/06 and from 02/10 to 15/11; 50% reduction on adult's rate from 05/06 to 01/10.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 3 nights from 26/04 to 01/08 and from 23/08 to 10/10, and minimum stays of 7 nights from 02/08 ato 22/08 (2016); 3 nights from 07/05 to 05/08 and from 27/08 to 30/09, and minimum stays of 5 nights from 06/08 to 26/08 (2017).
