Flowery Inn Villa is a villa composed by six independent flats, all situated in cottage or villa located near historical centre of Alghero, within a walking distance to all tourist services (20 minutes). The staff is then available to pick guests up at the centre or at the airport. Every apartment includes free use of kitchen, sat-TV, free Wi-Fi Internet connection, bed linen and towels, free use of bicycles.
The price includes final cleaning and all comforts in the garden, bed linen and towels. The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area, near all public and private tourist services: supermarket, newsstand, fruit and vegetables market, butcher's, bar, bakery, tobacco shop, wine-shop, gym, sporting fields, bus and tram stops.
Six flats for every kind of guests: groups, families or single travellers who like to spend their time in Alghero, in a quiet villa with garden.

By bus from Alghero-Fertilia airport: the bus stop is in Via Cagliari. Continue straight on this road until Piazza della Mercede, where there is a church. Continue straight on Via Giovanni XXIII (leaving the church on your left) until the second traffic light. Turn left in Via De Gasperi and then take the first street right: Via Mauro Manca. The property is located at number 26/28.
By car from Alghero-Fertilia airport: follow the directions to Alghero and, at the roundabout, turn left and then immediately right. Continue straight until the traffic light, turn left and drive along the seashore until the port. Continue straight on Via Sassari and, at the traffic light, turn left. At the following traffic light turn right into Via Giovanni XXIII. Continue straight on Via Giovanni XXIII (leaving the church on your left) until the second traffic light. Turn left in Via De Gasperi and then take the first street right: Via Mauro Manca. The property is located at number 26/28.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
Property Policy
RATES INCLUDE: bed linen, bath towels, dishes, electricity, water and gas consumptions, Wi-Fi Internet access.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
Transfer from and to the Alghero-Fertilia airport: Euro 15,00 per car, before 20.00 o'clock. At reservation time it is necessary to communicate flight number and time of arrival
