The recently built Residence "La Casa di Nonno Eligio" is located in Bari Sardo, on Sardinia's east coast, right on the main road of the village. The property is 4,5 km away from the XVIIth-century Spanish Tower and 6 km from Cea beach. Main services, bars and restaurants are at walking distance.
Arbatax and Santa Maria Navarrese seaports (departure point for day trips in the area) are both 15-20 minutes drive away. The Residence has 9 apartments, all of them air-conditioned and fully equipped (kitchen equipment, washing machine, iron and ironing board). Bathrooms are equipped with shower. Provided with disabled facilities (one-bedroom apartment only).

Payment Policy

20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.

Cancellation Policy

No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Final cleaning of 30,00 Euro for Two-room Apartments and 50,00 Euro for Three-room Apartments;

- Bed, bath and table linen 15,00 Euro per person per stay;

- Electricity charged and air conditioning at 0,50 Euro / Kwh;

- Water and Gas are included in the rate;

- A deposit of 100,00 Euro will be asked at check in as guarantee against damages to the property and will be refunded at check out;

- Four- room apartment (8 beds) supplement of Euro 100,00 per week on the price of three-room ap.

Check-in from 12.00 to 20.00.

Check-out by 10.00.

Late check-in: from 20.00 to 22.00 (supplement Euro 20,00), from 22.00 to 24.00 (supplement Euro 30,00), after 24.00 (supplement Euro 50,00)

Two-room Apartment
The two-room apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room with wardrobe and night tables, toilet with shower. Kitchen and living room are fully equipped. Bed linens and towels can be rented on site. Air-conditioning.

Three-room Apartment
The three-room apartment consists of living area with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double room with wardrobe and night tables, loft with double bed and single bed, toilet with shower. Kitchen and living room are fully equipped. Bed linens and towels can be rented on site. Air-conditioning.
