Built on a project by Mario Spanu, one of the more known and appreciated Sardinian artist, this hotel offers a very unique and suggestive view of the gulf. The hotel has a total of 16 guest rooms, a restaurant and generous terraces that overlook the harbour.

Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Children reductions sharing a room with two adults
- Infants 0-3 years free when sharing bed with parents;
- Children from 4 to 12 years 20% reduction on third bed supplement.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made between 13 and 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.
