Payment Policy
20% of the total amount will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. The balance amount will be settled on property.
Child Policy
Children reductions when sharing room with two adults:
- Infant from 0 to 2 years: free of charge sharing bed with parents. Baby cot Euro 7,00 per day from 06/08 to 25/08, free of charge in all other seasons;
- Children from 3 to 5 years in third bed: Euro 6,00 per day from 01/03 to 05/08 and from 25/08 to 31/10; Euro 15,00 per day from 06/08 to 24/08;
- Children from 6 to 11 years in third bed: from Euro 12,00 to Euro 32,00 per day depending on the date of the stay.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 14 days before check-in. A cancellation charge equal to the requested deposit will apply for cancellations made within 13 to 1 day before check-in. Cancellations made on the day of arrival, no-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

From Olbia: follow the directions to Sassari first, along the SS597 and then turn into the SS131, towards Cagliari. Exit from the SS131 turning right to Macomer-Bosa.
From Alghero: follow directions to Bosa on the coastal road SP 105.
