The Residence Smeralda Village is a newly built property, located near the prestigious centre of Porto Rotondo and its lovely marina. The apartments are surrounded by luxuriant gardens and Mediterranean bush. Smeralda Village convenient location offers easy access to the centre together with the proximity of the sea, with Punta Volpe rocky beach, at about 900 m. Smeralda Village facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant and a private parking. In the immediate vicinity, it is possible to find super-markets, shops, a Wellness Centre, a laundry and a gym. The apartments, located on the ground, first or second floor, spacious and elegantly furnished, are all equipped with LCD TV, air-conditioning, washing-machine, ice-machine and ample equipped veranda.

Payment Policy

The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Cancellation Policy
No penalty charge will apply for cancellations made 21 days before check-in. For cancellations made within 21 days before check-in 30% of the total booking amount will be charged. No-shows and early departure will be charged in full.

Property Policy

COMPULSORY EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY

- Weekly Forfeit: Euro 40,00 per person per week; children from 0 and within 3 years free of charge; children from 3 and within 11 years Euro 20,00. Prices include electricity, water, gas, swimming pool use, bed and bathroom linen;

- Check-out cleaning: Studio-Flat Euro 40,00; Two-Rooms Apartment/Duplex Euro 60,00; Three-rooms Apartment Euro 80,00; Kitchenette cleaning upon guest's care or a supplement of Euros 50,00 will apply;

- Deposit: Euro 200,00 for any damage or misuse of the property, totally refundable at check-out. In case of check-out during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible to the guests' home address.

OPTIONAL EXTRA-COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (if services are required at time of booking)

- Daily Maid Service: Studio-Flat Euro 15,00; Two-Rooms Apartment/Duplex Euro 20,00; Three-Rooms Apartment Euro 30,00;

- Linen change: Bed Euro 10,00 per person, per change; Bathroom Euro 10,00 per Person/change;

- Baby Cot/Extra bed (7°): Euro 30,00 per week, from 24/03 to 07/07 and from 25/08 to 29/09; Euro 50,00 per week in all other seasons;

- Transfer: from Airport or Harbour, Euro 30,00 per person (minimum 2 people). Between 10:00 pm and 06:00 am: 20% supplement. Supplement from Golfo Aranci Harbour: Euro 10,00. Fares are intended one way and per person;

- Pets: not allowed.

Policy Checkin/Checkout

This property requires a minimum stay of 7 nights with arrivals and departures only on Saturdays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Please contact us if your arrival will be after 9.30 pm.

For arrivals after 9.30 pm not previously agreed with the property, there will be a 50,00 Euro supplement.

Studio-Flat 2
This apartment can host up to 2 people (including children and infant). Studio-Flats 2 People, elegantly furnished, are composed of living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, bathroom, spacious equipped veranda. Accomodation only.

Two-Rooms Apartment 4
This apartment can host up to 4 people (including children and infant). Two-Rooms Apartments 4 People, elegantly furnished, are composed of living room with kitchenette and double sofa-bed, double bedroom, bathroom, spacious equipped veranda. Accomodation only.

Duplex 4

The Residence Smeralda Village is about 20 km from Olbia port and airport.
From Olbia airport or harbour: take SS125 towards Arzachena for about 3 Km and then turn right to Provinciale 73 direction Porto rotondo-Porto Cervo-Golfo Aranci. After about 2 Km take Provinciale 99 direction Porto Rotondo.
