The delightful residence Albergo Residenziale Baia delle Palme is set in open countryside, surrounded by its own extensive parkland and landscaped gardens of oleander and palms, making it an oasis of relax. It is located about 900 meters from a free beach with sand and pebbles, reachable on foot through a flat path.
The 40 attractively designed apartments are housed on two levels, in pastel coloured villas with tiled roofs. All the Albergo Residenziale Baia delle Palme apartments are tastefully decorated, with individual entrances, terracotta floors, tiled bathrooms and are furnished with solid, quality wooden furniture.
In the garden amongst the palm trees, there is a large seawater swimming pool with a shallow end for children and whirlpool (open from the end of May to September), surrounded by terraces with sun-umbrellas and sun-beds. About 300 meters you can find a free beach with rocks.
For larger expanses of sand, try the dunes and beaches at Chia, only 15 km away, or the public beaches closer to the property. The small town of Pula is some 2,5 km away, offering all kinds of shops, restaurants and pubs. A car is highly recommended.

Albergo Residenziale Baia delle Palme is located about 40 km from the port and the airport of Cagliari.
From Cagliari-Elmas airport: take the SS195 and follow the signs to Pula. At km 33, turn left when you see the sign indicating Hotel Costa dei Fiori and a stone with the name of the Residence. Drive onto the road for about 500 meters and, finally, turn right to get to Albergo Residenziale Baia delle Palme.

Payment Policy
The full amount of the booked services will be required by bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- until 36 days before the arrival date: no penalty;
- from 35 to 22 days before the arrival date: 40% penalty;
- from 21 to 8 days before the arrival date: 50% penalty;
- from 7 to 0 days before the arrival date, no-show and early departures: 100% penalty.
Property Policy
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
- Weekly forfeit for water, electricity and gas consumptions, bed linen and bath towels (with weekly change);
- Final cleaning; kitchenette cleaning is upon guest's care und must be left clean, otherwise a supplement of Euro 100,00 will be charged;
- Use of seawater swimming pool, equipped with sun umbrellas and deckchairs (upon availability);
- Unattended parking;
- TV and air conditioning.
COMPULSORY EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY
- Tourist tax: Euro 0,80 per day per person from 12 years;
- Deposit: Euro 150,00 to settle on arrival, and refundable at the end of the stay, assuming no damage or misuse has incurred.
OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS TO SETTLE ON PROPERTY (to require at booking time)
- Baby cot (children from 0 and within 3 years): Euro 40,00 per week;
- Extra linen change: bed linen and bath towles Euro 15,00 per person per change; only bed linen or bath towels Euro 8,00 per person;
- Extra cleaning of the apartment: Euro 20,00 per hour;
- Small pets (on request at booking time): admitted, except in common areas, Euro 80,00 for extra final cleaning.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Swimming pool will be available from the end of May, unless adverse weather conditions, with the following timetable: all days from 09.00 to 19.30 from June to September;
- Bed and bath linen are changed once a week. Maid service and extra changes will be available on request and to settle on property;
- Apartments are not equipped with oven, dishwasher and washing machine;
- Studio Flats feature four-burner gas cookers;
- Two-rooms apartments feature two-burner or four-burner gas cookers;
- Three-rooms apartments feature four-burner gas cookers and kettle;
- All apartments are equipped with fridges without ice bin. The kitchen features the minimum equipment needed for preparing the meals;
- Studio Flats and Two-rooms apartments feature bathrooms with shower or bathtub; Three-rooms apartments feature bathrooms with shower;
- All apartments are not equipped with hairdryers.
The management reserves the right to limit the availability of some services during low season if weather conditions, number of people or particular conditions do not justify their operation.

Policy Check-in/Check-out
This property requires minimum stays of 4 nights from 23/05 to 26/06 and from 12/09 to 02/10, and minimum stays of 7 nights from 27/06 to 11/09
Reception offices will be open from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00, on Saturday from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 20.00 from 02/06 to 07/09. In other periods the reception opening times will be different.
The assignment of the apartments will take place on Saturday from 15.00 to 20.00 from 02/06 to 07/09. For arrivals on other days of the week the assignment of the apartments will take place from 15.00 to 19.00, as well as for arrivals from 24/05 to 01/06 and from 08/09 to 30/09. Check-out will take place by 10.00 on the departure day.
In case of arrivals after these hours guests have to notify their delay at booking time and agree with the reception about the key delivery. For any delay after the time indicated (20.00 on Saturday, 19.00 on the other days) there will be a charge of Euro 50,00 for arrivals from 20.00 to 21.00, a charge of Euro 100,00 for arrivals from 21.00 to 22.00, a charge of Euro 150,00 for arrivals from 22.00 onwards. However, delays can't extend beyond midnight. Otherwise, guests will take possession of the apartment on the following day.
